NYNE and Ana

This is one of several commissions I did for Deonte Holloman at Unlikely Hero Comix [[link]] , which previewed their line of comics at comicon in San Diego last year. The inking for this piece was done by Aga Delos Santos, all coloring by me. The color-design also by me, based on core colors requested by Deonte.

NYNE, the man in the superhero suit, is holding the girl, Ana, in his arms as she burns. He was too late to save her...

I had way too much fun creating the fire and smoke. Her burned skin was a challenge, but I think I managed ok...
